Forward Deployed Engineer
Full time · Vilnius or Tbilisi, with travel to customers

Work directly with a customer’s HR, Finance, Procurement and IT teams: map their processes, put AI agents to work inside them, integrate with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow and the systems already in place, and stay until the agents deliver.

Secure white-label reseller agreements and ecosystem integration partnerships for Insygna. A senior role focused on building the partner network that will accelerate Insygna’s reach across the AI agent ecosystem.

Internships

An internship with us means working inside an early-stage AI company as it wins its first enterprise customers, not shadowing a department.

Interns sit next to the founders and the people doing the work, get real tasks from day one, and leave with things they built and deals they helped open. Paid, 3 to 6 months, in Vilnius or Tbilisi with a hybrid schedule.

Engineering internship Rolling applications

For students at any level in computer science, engineering, maths or a related subject with some practical software experience. You will build and test agents and integrations on the Insygna platform alongside our forward-deployed and platform engineers, and see them run at a real customer.
